HDIPTV respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement on the Site and/or HDIPTV App(s) and will take appropriate actions under applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.

Age Requirement

In order to become a member and utilize HDIPTV services, you must be 18 years old or older.

Service Usage Terms

You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.

Stream Quality

A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The quality will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, HDIPTV cannot make any guarantees about the content in these regards.

Subscription Sharing

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or a device ban.

Content Updates

The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can be changed based on the updates we do every week.

Service Suspension

Your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability.

Refund Policy

All services offer have a refund policy. To ask for a refund, open a support ticket. If you paid using credit cards, refunds are generally processed and funds returned to the debit card on the customer's bank account within 20 business days. However, there are cases in which a refund may take up to 90 days to process.

Intellectual Property

The HDIPTV logo, and other HDIPTV marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of HDIPTV. None of the HDIPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
